Unlike "00" flour, it undergoes fewer sifting steps, thus preserving a greater amount of mineral salts and fiber. This makes the bread richer in flavor, with an intense and unmistakable fragrance.

Thanks to its basic strength of 180/200W , Type “0” Flour is perfectly suited to any home use, guaranteeing soft and well-leavened dough, ready to be transformed into bread, focaccia or other baked goods with a genuine character.
